SESSION DETAILS
What to expect, practically.
-
Sessions are typically 50 minutes. Longer sessions may be available when more time would support deeper trauma work or processing and deemed clinically appropriate.
-
My standard fee is $175 per 50-minute session. A limited number of reduced fee spaces may be available based on current availability.
-
Sessions are available in person and via telehealth, allowing us to choose the format that best supports your needs and the work we’re doing together.
-
I am an out-of-network provider and do not bill insurance directly. I can provide a superbill for you to submit for possible reimbursement through your out-of-network benefits.
-
Most clients begin with weekly sessions to create consistency and momentum. Over time, we can adjust the frequency together based on your needs and where you are in the work.
BEFORE YOU REACH OUT
A few common questions.
-
Our practice is private pay, which allows us to make decisions about your care based on what you need rather than what insurance requires. I can provide a superbill for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Check your plan's out-of-network mental health benefit before we begin.

EMDR is a trauma therapy that helps the brain and body process experiences that still feel unresolved or present. While it isn’t a “magic fix” it is a modality that can help support trauma resolution. Prior to beginning EMDR it is essential to build safety, trust and stability to know when and whether it’s the right approach for you.
-
There isn’t a predetermined timeline. Trauma and attachment work often unfolds over time, especially when the patterns you’re working with developed over many years. We’ll regularly check in about what’s changing, what still needs attention, and whether therapy continues to feel useful in meeting your goals.
-
Yes. For many people, being in their own space can make it easier to feel safe enough to do the deeper work. We can still work with emotions, patterns, parts and what’s happening in your body-not just talk about your week.
-
You don’t need to arrive knowing where to begin. You can show up exactly as you are-even if that means overwhelmed, unsure, or not having the words yet. Part of my job is helping us find the way in together.
